1.    初步沟通：您确认领取任务之后，助教会与您联系并沟通学生情况及论文需求

注：需要老师您提供您的简历，内容包括您的研究领域、毕业院校及专业、职称、发表论文的情况、有无指导学生论文的经验，在做或以做过的课题项目

2.    评估匹配：老师评估学生水平，衡量能否辅导，并反馈给助教

3.    安排面试（可选项）：师生双方进行30分钟左右的线上面试，确认专业是否匹配，需求能否满足

4.    签订协议：如面试达成师生匹配，将与老师签订辅导协议

5.    提交方案：签订协议后，老师根据学生情况提交辅导方案，并反馈给助教

6.    正式上课：讲授论文写作知识

7.    课后答疑：就学生写论文过程中的问题，进行答疑（微信群答疑）

8.    修改论文：就学生的论文初稿，反馈修改意见

9.    发表把关：评估学生的论文是否达到发表的标准

1. Preliminary communication: After you confirm the task, the teaching assistant will contact you for the student's situation and paper needs (Note: you are required to provide your resume, which includes your research field, graduate school and major, job title, the situation of publishing thesis, whether you have experience in directing students' thesis, and the subject projects you are doing or have done);

2. Assessment match: The teacher should evaluate the level of the students as well as measure whether they can help, and give feedback to the teaching assistant;

3. Arrange an interview (optional): Both teachers and students will conduct an online interview for about 30 minutes to confirm whether the majors match and whether the needs can be met;

4. Signing an agreement: If a teacher-student match is reached in the interview, a tutoring agreement will be signed with the teacher;

5. Submission of teaching plan: After signing the agreement, the teacher should submit the tutoring plan according to the student's situation and give feedback to the teaching assistant;

6. Formal class: Giving a lecture on the knowledge of essay writing;

7. Q&A after class: Answering the questions appeared in the process of essay writing proposed by the students (Q&A in WeChat group);

8. Revision of the paper: Giving feedback on revisions to the first draft of the student's paper;

9. Publication check: Assess whether students' papers meet the publication standards.
