肖毅敏 副教授 硕士研究生导师 校硕士培养委员会委员 校、院教学督导 北邮通信法律研究中心副主任 中国法学会信息法等学会理事。 发表论文五十余篇。主编教材五部，参编十余部。参加国家及部级项目10余个。曾获全国优秀论文、教材一等奖、三等奖；曾获得部级优秀论文、研究成果一等奖、三等奖。指导大学生竞赛获北京市一等奖、二等奖。曾被评为部级优秀教师，获校友奖教金，曾被学生评为最具亲和力的老师。曾获校大学生创新实践工作突出贡献指导教师奖。 XIAO Yimin is an associate professor and academic adviser for the Master of Laws in the organization of Humanities at BUPT. She is a member of the MA Education Committee and the BA Education Supervision Committee at BUPT. She is also a member of the Party committee and discipline inspection commission, a secretary of Party branch of Law Department, and associate director of Communication Law Research Center in the organization. She also serves as a council member of Information Law in China Law Society. Her research interests include cyber law, telecommunications law and procedural law. She has published over 50 papers, edited five textbooks, and participated in editing more than 10 law books. She has also participated in more than 10 research projects at the national and ministerial level. She has won the first and third prize in the national and providential excellent papers or textbooks competitions, and other related awards.
