Dr.Hai-TaoFangreceivedhisB.S.degreeinprobabilityandstatisticsin1990,M.S.degreeinappliedmathematicsin1993andPh.D.degreein1996respectivelyfromthePekingUniversity,TsinghuaUniversityandPekingUniversity.HenowiswiththeLaboratoryofSystemsandControl,AcademyofMathematicsandSystemSciences,ChineseAcademyofSciencesasaProfessor. From1996-1998hewasaPostdocattheInstituteofSystemsScienceandjoinedtheInstituteasanAssistantProfessorin1998.Hiscurrentresearchinterestsincludeoptimization，identificationandcontrolinstochasticsystemsandtheirapplicationsinsignalprocessesandcommunication.
