获批江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师、江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人。获批江苏省“六大人才高峰”人才计划。
工信部“先进飞行器导航、控制与健康管理”重点实验室副主任；
江苏省计量测试学会副理事长、常务理事，江苏省自动化学会常务理事，中国航空学会导航、制导与控制分会委员，中国指挥与控制学会无人系统专业委员会委员。
