个人简述:
从事胚胎干细胞(ESC)染色体结合蛋白对干细胞分化、凋亡的转录调控研究。主要学术贡献:1、在全基因组水平对p53在ESCs中的线性转录调控网络进行了逐步深入的研究(PNAS, IF: 9.423; Molecular Cell, IF:13.958),首次揭示了p53调控ESCs分化的双重作用2、发现了由p53调控的lncRNA Apela以及hnRNPL与p53构成的负反馈调控环在ESCs细胞凋亡过程中的调控机制(Cell Stem Cell, IF: 22.387)。代表性论文:1.
