个人简述:

主要的研究方向：1、医院感染与防控体系建设：院感防控是医院质量管理的重要内容之一，本人在该领域具有丰富的经验，担任广东省医院感染质量控制中心主任及其它职务，发表相关论文20余篇。并作为主要完成人，完成了国家卫计委发布的《医院感染暴发控制指南》的制定。；2、微生物感染与免疫机制研究：微生物室具有质谱仪、VITEK等先进仪器，硕博士多名，并建立了大型的菌株库，特别是少见菌、多重耐药菌、特殊部位感染菌等；3、皮肤和肠道宏基因组学研究：肠道组学与抗生素耐药关联的研究将是本实验室未来发展的方向，皮肤组学的研究将依托一项抗菌织物课题（本人是负责人）进行开展。
