1984.7-1992.12  西北工业大学材料科学与工程系，助教、讲师； 1993.1-1995.3 西北工业大学化学工程系，讲师/副教授； 1995.4-2003.6 西北工业大学化学工程系，副教授/教授，硕士生导师，期间曾担任1802教研室副主任； 2003.7-2009.10  西北工业大学理学院应用化学系，教授，硕士生/博士生导师，应用化学系副主任/主任； 2009.11-至今 西北工业大学理学院应用化学系，教授，硕士生/博士生导师。         现任教育部学位与研究生评审专家、中国兵工学会非金属材料专业委员会委员、全国塑料标准化技术委员会老化分会TC15/SC5副主任委员、陕西省高分子科学与技术重点实验室副主任、西北工业大学第14学委分会委员，《工程塑料》、《应用化工》、《化工科技》等刊物编委 。 ①高性能聚合物结构泡沫及功能泡沫材料的研究； ②特种工程塑料的改性及应用研究： ③高分子材料成型加工新技术研究 ④功能高分子材料的制备、结构与应用研究 ⑤树脂基复合材料的结构与性能研究 主持国家自然科学基金（51773170）、陕西省自然科学基金（N5CS0005、2015JM5231）、陕西省科技攻关和科技统筹（2007K06-04、2013SZS17-Z01）、国防重点型号工程攻关和高新技术开发研究等项目60多项，涉及高性能聚合物结构泡沫和功能泡沫，特种工程塑料，聚磷腈以及基于磷腈环的特种微球，聚乳酸立构复合材料，碳纤维、芳纶、玻璃纤维等树脂基复合材料以及特种橡胶，聚合物的反应加工、超临界CO2微孔发泡、超薄碳纤维预浸料的成型工艺等研究。其中高性能聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺（PMI）泡沫塑料和交联聚氯乙烯（C-PVC）泡沫塑料成功实现了产业化应用。通过省部级科技成果鉴定4项，获得省部科技成果奖4项、国家发明专利12项，荣获2008年度全国化工科技优秀工作者。       发表学术论文120多篇，其中SCI/EI收了60多篇，主编工信部十二五规划教材《塑料成型加工技术-西北工业大学出版社，2016.1》，合作出版《塑料工程手册-机械工业出版社，2000.4》、《高聚物的结构、性能与表征-化学工业出版社，2003.5》、《塑料材料学-西北工业大学出版社，2000.5》等教材与著作。       在材料学（工学080502）、材料加工工程（工学080503）、材料工程（工程硕士085204）、化学（理学070300-高分子化学与物理）等学科累计指导硕士生62名，博士生20名。       2015年以来代表性论文： 1.
