教育经历 Ph.D., Electrical Engineering, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, NE 2012. B.E., Electronic Information Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China 2007. 工作经历 2012.8-2014.8, Huawei 2014.9-present, East China Normal University Deli Qiao received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012. Currently, he is a faculty at the East China Normal University. From 2012 to 2014, he worked in Huawei Technologies Inc., LTD as a research engineer, focusing on 5G techniques especially massive MIMO. His research interests are in the general areas of wireless communications, information theory, and signal processing. He was a recipient of the Technical Committee on Green Communications and Computing Best Journal Paper Award in 2017.
