Experiences - Ph.D. (Queen's University at Kingston, Canada). - Associate Professor at the University of Chile, Chile. - 5 years as research scientist at Bell Laboratories, Alcatel-Lucent - 12 years of research and study experiences in Canada and USA. - Founder and Founding Chair of IEEE Technical Committee on Green Communications and Computing (TCGCC) (2011-2017). Expected students I welcome students with good mathematical background to apply for my doctorate or master students. Students applying are not limited to the majors on computer or electronic engineering, but can be students of mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, or other related majors.
