2016，入选陕西省“百人计划”；2015，获西北工业大学吴亚军教学奖；2010,  获得德国洪堡基金会博士后奖学金；2007,  发表在Journal of Fluid Mechanics 上的论文入选ESI 高被引论文。

科研工作:

2014- 西北工业大学，航空学院，教授，博导；2012-2014 哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究生院，教授, 博导； 2009-2012  德国马克斯－普朗克动力学与自组织研究所（原马普流体力学研究所），博士后；2008-2009  香港中文大学，博士后。 多年来从事热对流，湍流统计规律及高分子聚合物湍流减阻等方面的实验研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金，教育部博士点博导类项目等课题。多篇论文发表在Physical review letters, Journal of fluid mechanics等流体物理国际顶级学术期刊上。发表论文被sci引用450余次。发表在Journal of Fluid Mechanics上的一篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。主要研究方向：实验流体力学， 湍热对流 （Turbulent thermal convection），湍流统计规律， 高聚物流动减阻， 微流体力学科研项目：国家自然科学基金面上项目，78万元，主持 2018-2021 年国家自然科学基金联合项目，260万元，参与 2017-2020 年国家自然科学基金面上项目，100万元，主持 2014-2018 年深圳市海外高层次人才科研项目，100万元，主持 2013-2015 年深圳市基础研究项目，30万元，主持 2014-2017 年教育部博士点博导类项目，15万元，主持 近期代表论文：(11) A.
