个人简述:

刘国恩博士，北京大学国家发展研究院经济学长江学者特聘教授，学术委员会主席，北大经济管理学部副主任，北大中国卫生经济研究中心主任。刘国恩教授1991年在美国纽约城市大学研究院获得经济学博士，1994年在哈佛大学完成健康经济学博士后，之后先后执教美国南加州大学，美国北卡大学，北大光华管理学院。2004-2005当选中国留美经济学会主席。他目前担任国务院国家医改专家咨询委员会委员，中国药物经济学专业委员会主任委员，联合国秘书长特别顾问Jeffrey Sachs领导的《可持续发展行动网络》领导委员会“人类健康”组联席主席，参与在《联合国千年发展目标》基础上，研究全球健康面临的可持续发展问题，为联合国2015年后的下一个“15年发展议程”提供支持。
