个人简述:

苏光悦，女，博士，特聘副教授。2008年毕业于辽宁中医药大学，中药学（英语班）学士学位，2014年获沈阳药科大学药理学博士学位（硕博连读）。2014年8月开始在沈阳药科大学中药学院食品药学教研室任教，从事功能食品方向的教学和科研工作，主要研究方向为药食同源品中功效成分的物质基础及作用机制研究。任教以来，主要讲授《保健食品标准与法规》、《葡萄与葡萄酒功效与吸收》、《专业英语》、《葡萄酒微生物学》本科生理论教学和实验指导工作。主编校内教材《葡萄与葡萄酒功效与吸收》一部，参编了校内教材《专业英语》和《功能食品功效与安全评价》。作为课题负责人共计主持科研项目5项，包括1、国家自然科学基金青年基金1项；2、辽宁省教育厅科学研究项目1项；3、辽宁省自然科学基金项目1项；4、沈阳药科大学科研启动基金项目项目1项；5、企业横向课题一项。作为项目主要成员参与国家自然科学基金项目科研项目2项。共发表论文20余篇，其中SCI收载10篇，第一或通讯作者SCI论文6篇。2017年入选辽宁省百千万人才工程万人层次。
