个人简介

程建川，男，博士，教授，博士生导师，东南大学交通学院道路与铁道工程系教师。1966年1月出生于四川成都，祖籍江苏镇江， 1981年9月至1985年7月在南京工学院（现东南大学）土木工程系道路工程专业学习，获得工学学士学位并留校任教至今，1994年和2002年分别在职攻读获得工学硕士和工学博士学位。1995年8月~11月，赴德国汉堡IB&T公司学习道路CAD系统。2010年6月~2019年4月任交通学院副院长。 教学与研究生培养 ： 担任本科《工程测量》（1994年前），《道路勘测设计》及课程设计；研究生《现代道路设计原理与方法》（原《道路CAD基本原理》、《公路计算机辅助工程》）等课程的主讲；已培养硕士、博士80多位。 科研及教改： 基于可靠度的道路线形参数选用及安全性，国家自然科学基金项目（批准号51478115），2015.1-2018.12，主持； 基于安全的公路最小直线长度研究，国家自然科学基金项目（批准号51078088），2011.1-2013.12，主持，已完成； 2、交通土建类校外实践教学基地建设，江苏省教育厅教学改革项目，2009.7-2011.12，主持 3、宁杭高速公路K49-K53路段现状及调整优化后道路安全性评价研究，江苏宁杭高速公路有限公司， 2009.7-2010.8，主持 4、道路交互式安全设计模型（IHSDM）的应用研究，江苏省科技厅国际合作项目（编号BZ2008056），2008.7-2010.6，主持，已验收 5、公路建设前期工作项目中贯彻以人为本、生态保护目标的分析研究，浙江省交通厅，2007.10-2010.8，主持，已鉴定； 6、稀疏公路网运行状态远程获取及集成预警系统，国家863项目，2009.7-2010.12，第3主持 7、道路交通网络空间的拥堵瓶颈识别，国家自然科学基金，2006.01-2009.12，第2主持，已完成； 8、基于驾驶员特性的公路线形设计安全研究，江苏省自然科学基金，2008.7-2010.12，第2主持，已完成； 9、河南省路基路面设计参数与合理断面结构研究，河南省交通厅，2003.7-2004.6，第2主持，获2005年河南省科技进步三等奖，排名第5； 10、基于安全的高等级公路设计方法研究， 安徽省交通厅，2006.7-2008.6，主持，已鉴定； 11、宁常高速公路创新设计技术研究，江苏省交通厅，2006.1-2008.6，子项主持，已鉴定；获2009年江苏省科技进步三等奖 12、公路勘测设计电子文档标准化技术研究，江苏省交通厅，2007.7-2008.6，主持，已完成。 成果推广： 1998~2006年，开发的道路路线CAD系统（AHCAD）是国内较早的道路勘测设计集成化软件，在数字地面模型技术处于领先水平，推广有30多个用户，产生了良好的社会和经济效益，为推动道路CAD技术的发展做出了贡献。 部分学术、教研会议及报告： “Field Programs to Accomplish the Learning Objectives for Engineering Courses: A case study of Road Surveying and Design Course at Southeast University, China”, Presented at the 126thASEE Annual Conference and Exposition,Tampa, FL.
