张海君，国家杰出青年科学基金入选者、IEEE Fellow（国际电气电子工程师协会会士）、AAIA Fellow（亚太人工智能学会会士）、二级教授、博士生导师，北京科技大学智能科学与技术学院院长、中国电子学会理事、中国通信学会理事/会士、中国电子学会青年科学家俱乐部轮值主席、中国通信学会青年工作委员会副主任委员。加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学（UBC）博士后。主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家杰出青年科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金联合重点项目/移动通信专项项目、JWKJW项目等多个项目。发表IEEE权威期刊1区/2区SCI论文100余篇；IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TIFS等IEEE期刊编委、IEEE绿色通信与计算技术委员会主席、第六届博弈论与网络国际会议大会主席，曾获IEEE通信学会最佳青年作者论文奖、 IEEE通信学会亚太最杰出青年研究员、国际无线电科学联盟青年科学家奖、中国青年科技奖、爱思唯尔中国高被引学者、科睿唯安全球高被引科学家、IEEE杰出讲师、中国通信学会自然科学一等奖。
