Dear CMMNO2021 Colleague,

Due to the continued effects of COVID-19 this year, especially in Guangzhou recently, the CMMNO Steering Committee has made the difficult decision to postpone CMMNO2021 another month or even more. The conference will now be held in anytime once the situation getting controlled.

We believe that recently, international travel will still be unlikely for a large number of our participants. Therefore, we wish the conference still would be an online and offline mixing attending mode as beneficial as a virtual event for all participants. 

We are working with PUBLISHERs to determine the best way to move forward with the papers that are currently accepted.
