About MIND 2026

The 2026 International Conference on Machine Intelligence and Nature-InspireD Computing (MIND) will be held in Chongqing, China, from November 13 to November 15, 2026, serving as a premier forum for showcasing original and groundbreaking research contributions in the fields of Machine Intelligence and Nature-Inspired Computing.

The conference aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to share their latest innovations, advancements, and real-world applications. MIND provides a vibrant platform for discussing emerging trends and exploring the transformative potential of machine intelligence combined with computational strategies inspired by nature. Through this convergence, the conference seeks to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and inspire future developments that push the boundaries of these exciting and rapidly evolving research areas.

MIND is technically supported by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS).

Conference Topics

The MIND conference solicits original submissions that present innovative research and development outcomes in the fields of Machine Intelligence and Nature-inspired Computing. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

Brain-inspired Computing

Brain-inspired Models and Learning Algorithms, Brain-Computer Interfaces, Neuromorphic Hardware, Neuromorphic Datasets and Software Frameworks.

Nature-inspired Intelligence

Evolutionary Algorithms, Evolutionary Multi-objective Optimization, Evolutionary Transfer Optimization, Fuzzy Logic and Systems, Swarm Intelligence.

Deep Learning and Large Foundation Models

Artificial Neural Networks, Explainable AI and Ethics, Foundation Models, Generative AI, Machine Learning.

Embodied AI and Robotics

Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, Embodied AI, Robotic Learning, Robotic Systems.

Machine Intelligence Applications

Applications of Generative AI, Autonomous Driving, Financial Technology, Healthcare and Biomedical, Industrial Applications, Intelligent Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Smart Cities and IoT.

  • 2900 CNY abstract registration

  • 2900 CNY regular attendee with no paper

  • 2500 CNY student with no paper

Before October 7, 2026

  • 3800 CNY regular registration with 1 paper (A)

  • 3400 CNY student registration with 1 paper (B)

  • 2500 CNY abstract registration

  • 2500 CNY regular attendee with no paper

  • 2100 CNY student with no paper

The registration fee includes:

  • Keynotes and Technical Sessions (November 14-15, 2026)

  • Tutorials (Friday, November 13, 2026)

  • Coffee Breaks (November 13-15, 2026)

  • Lunch Buffets (November 14-15, 2026)

  • Welcome Reception (Friday, November 13, 2026)

  • Conference Banquet (Saturday, November 14, 2026)

  • Paper Processing Fees (Applicable to A and B)

Extra paper fee: 1000 CNY for each more paper (A or B)

Registration policy

  1. Author registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference no later than October 7, 2026. The registration will benefit from early-bird rates and provide access to special hotel discounts with limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis. If, after having registered, an author or coauthor of a paper is unexpectedly NOT available to present the paper at the conference due to, e.g., a visa issue, please contact icmind2026@gmail.com and we will try to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Cancellations and refund: Cancellation requests received on or before October 30, 2026, will be subject to a processing fee of 30% of the original registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 30, 2026. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to icmind2026@gmail.com and received by the stated deadline.

  3. Eating restrictions: During registration, please indicate your dietary restrictions. All food functions will have vegetarian items. We are striving to provide diverse culinary options; however, we may not be able to meet your dietary restrictions. Please contact icmind2026@gmail.com if you have any other questions about registration. All requests for selection items change, after the completion of registrations, must be provided in writing by email to icmind2026@gmail.com.
